Exelaration was founded in 2009 on two simple principles:
● Promising people deserve a fast, real path into tech careers — one that changes lives, families, and communities.
● Employers deserve proof that talent from unconventional backgrounds outperforms the usual pipeline.
We partner with organizations who understand that building tomorrow’s technology starts with building tomorrow’s tech workforce. No more hard-to-fill vacancies. No more overlooking talent because it didn’t come from the expected place. Exelaration has built hundreds of careers — and staffed the critical project teams our clients couldn’t staff on their own.
The Exelaration Foundation Mission
Since 2009, we’ve helped more than 200 people find a career they love. And we’re just getting started. Through our programs and partnerships, Exelaration seeks to:
● Give people who’ve taken a non-traditional path real, hands-on job experience — not a classroom simulation
● Fill chronically understaffed roles with confident, capable talent
● Connect top employers with emerging talent already in their own communities
● Push employers to widen the aperture — fewer years of experience and fewer credentials shouldn’t mean no shot
● Give communities a way to move their own residents into high-demand careers
