About Exelaration
Rewarding Careers for All
Exelaration was created in 2009 with one goal in mind: give promising people the hard and soft skills they need to thrive in the workplace. Today, we partner with organizations to create custom work-based learning opportunities that not only benefit individuals, but entire communities.
Gone are the days of hard-to-fill vacancies and overlooking untraditional talent sources. Exelaration handles the recruiting, mentoring, and training to ensure our program participants are workforce ready from day-one.
The Exelaration Foundation Mission
We’ve already helped more than 150 people find a career we love. And we’re just getting started. Through our programs and partnerships, Exelaration seeks to:
- Provide real-world job experience to unemployed or underemployed individuals who have taken a non-traditional path
- Fill vacancies in chronically understaffed jobs with confident and skilled individuals
- Connect top employers with emerging talent in their local communities
- Broaden the recruitment criteria of employers to consider individuals with fewer years of experience and educational credentials
- Enable communities to elevate their residents into careers in high-demand industries
How We Know Exelaration Works
What People Say About Us
Exelaration helps us make smarter decisions. The team has done a fantastic job at fixing back-end things to be more efficient and scalable. I value their opinion. They function as our CTO! The Exelaration team members have a wealth of knowledge and are so good at explaining.
The developers we work with consistently deliver high quality technical solutions, demonstrate the ability to adapt to our shifting needs, and are mindful of the project budget. Everyone is extremely professional and able to communicate easily with all members of our staff, regardless of their level of technical knowledge related to our systems.
Exelaration is very instrumental in the pieces of the project they work in. With myriad details, we have introduced modern architecture with decoupled solutions working with “new” technology. We have thrown tough problems at them, and they have accomplished them all.
